All stories, branding, graphics, software, interfaces, designs, and related materials available through the Service are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of Spookedly or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, republish, scrape, sell, or exploit any content from the Service without prior written permission.

Offline downloads and saved content are provided solely for personal, non-commercial use.

Users may be able to submit reviews, ratings, comments, or other community content through the Service.

By submitting content, you grant Spookedly a non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, and moderate that content within the Service.
